  • We have partnered with International Companies, Leading Retailers, Leading Airlines, Government Institutions and Rural South African Communities to realise their strategies on their path to a successful, sustainable future.

  • We are accredited with the Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&RSETA) and have extension of scope with the South African Board for Personnel Practitioners (SABPP), Education, Training and Development SETA (ETDP) and are in the process to renew our registration with Transport Education Training Authority (TETA).

Our team consists of team members fulfilling different roles on any given project. The client delivery team is put together based on the project outcome required, the client and team “fit”, the complexity level of the project and the specific competencies required to deliver the agreed results.

Projects may require any combination of the following roles in the delivery team:

PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will be the lead on the project and will be accountable for all phases of the project life cycle, using project management processes and knowledge areas.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

The Project administrator supports the Project Manager and the Project Team to ensure that all administrative tasks are performed to project, client and ETQA agreed standards.

CONTENT DEVELOPER

The content developer will develop all content in the agreed format, for the agreed delivery platform and will be involved from the start of engagements to the final delivery of the product. The content developer is a specialist in development and development will take place with a knowledge subject matter expert on the team.

FACILITATOR

All Facilitators used are formally trained (ETDPSETA or DDI) as facilitators, they bring years of experience as facilitators and actual experience in the content that they train.

All Facilitators are managed according to a detailed Service Level Agreement and Facilitator Standards Monitoring Tool.

ASSESSOR

All Assessors used are formally trained (ETDPSETA) and coached in the POSITICS assessment practices. They are registered with the relevant ETQA for the scope required for assessments.

MODERATOR

All Moderators used are formally trained (ETDPSETA) and coached in the POSITICS moderation practices. They are registered with the relevant ETQA for the scope required for moderation.
